Jurors shown gruesome Duncan video

The federal judge has said that the next step in the sentencing process will call for jurors to see the video of Duncan torturing Dylan Groene at a remote campsite in the Lolo National Forest in Montana. He later shot and killed Dylan with a sawed off shotgun.

A jury is deciding whether Duncan should be executed or sentenced to life in prison without parole.
