King Promise Wins Best Male West Africa at 2023 Afrimma Awards in the U.S.
King Promise made Ghana proud once more after being adjudged the Best Male Artist in West Africa at the 2023 Afrimma awards.
The awards came off Sunday at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Texas in the United States of America.
‘Terminator’ hitmaker King Promise won big on the night, going home with the Best Male West Africa award.
Promise shared photos of himself with the plaque he received for his award win.
Over the past several months, King Promise has taken over with his monster hit ‘Terminator’.
The song has made waves in Ghana, Nigeria and all over the world.

Gregory Bortey Newman popularly known as King Promise is a Ghanaian singer and songwriter who specializes in highlife and Afrobeats music.
He was born on August 16, 1995, in Nungua, a suburb of Accra.
King Promise has released many hit songs such as Oh Yeah, Selfish, Tokyo, Sisa, CCTV, Commando, and Abena. He has also collaborated with other artists such as Sarkodie, Wizkid, R2Bees, Mr Eazi, and M.anifest.
The artist is a graduate of Central University in Ghana, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) in 2017. He also holds a master’s degree in International Business from Regent University College of Science and Technology in Accra
