In Stardew Valley, players will want to build a lot of items and craft all kinds of things that they wouldn’t even imagine at the start of the game.

As opposed to crafting recipes, there are quite a few ways to get cooking recipes in Stardew Valley:

Befriending Villagers

One of the main ways to unlock new cooking recipes in Stardew Valley is to befriend villagers.

Once you get to either 3 or 7 friendship hearts with them, you will get a new recipe in the mail.

Every day in Stardew Valley, a new channel will become available on the TV.

Most of them won’t have anything useful for you since they mostly work as tutorials, but The Queen of Sauce will give you new cooking recipes for free.

However, if you miss the date, then you will have to hope that you will get it on a rerun.

The Queen of Sauce airs every Sunday, starting from Spring 7, teaching you new cooking recipes each week. If you missed out on some recipes, you have a chance to see them on a random rerun on Wednesdays.
