The tennis legend Martina Navratilova shared a post on an Italian diver Enzo Maiorca’s experience with a pair of Dolphins. The former world No.1 was in complete shock after hearing Enzo’s tale.

The former world No.1 shared a beautiful story of an Italian Diver named Enzi Maiorca and his encounter with a pair of Dolphins. Enzo was diving into the Siracusa Sea in Italy where he felt something patting his back. On turning around he saw a Dolphin which according to him didn’t want to play but wanted to show him something.

The dolphin dived in and so did Enzo. The dolphin led Enzo to another dolphin who was trapped in a net. Enzo and his wife were able to bring the dolphin out of the net after which they heard the dolphins cry just like humans.

Dolphins can be held underwater for up to ten minutes after which they began to drown. It turns out that the dolphin stuck in the net was a female dolphin who was pregnant and soon gave birth. Meanwhile, the male circled around and touched Enzo’s cheek like a kiss.

In the end, Enzo’s gesture must be appreciated as he saved not only 1 but 2 lives. After the incident, Enzo said, “Until man learns to respect and communicate with the animal world, he will never be able to know his true role on this Earth.”
